Returns will only be serviced via email. You will need to contact us to receive our instructions on how to return your shipment as fast and safe as possible.
Bear in mind that we will not accept any return if you have not informed us previously.
We do not make returns of products that are part of the “Ancestral Essences” category because it is a natural, handmade and consumable product. We give you the possibility of making a cancellation on the same day of purchase if the order has not sent yet.
In case you receive your shipment damaged or with other problems, we will take care of 100% of the shipping charges and will replace your order with one having the same specifications. The product to be returned must be in exactly the same condition as it was received (including packaging) and not used. We will request you to send us photos and some details of the damaged product to be able to accept its replacement.
